During all my years of teaching, it has always been the case that women know their truth. The problem is that they override it with excuses and bowing to external authorities. Women can free themselves from this outside interference by feeling and listening to the messages of our emotions and instincts, trusting the directives that we receive, and then acting from awareness and our heart.
Operating from our inner guidance makes it possible to take a break from our conflicted thinking mind. When we realize that we don’t have to figure everything out, or always be in control, we can release anxiety and self-induced stress. AND by following our inner guru, we can break away from (or transform) codependent relationships!
In this workshop you will learn to
* Identify what voice is speaking and who you are listening to.
* Not to cover up, discount, override, or be afraid of your own truth.
* Avoid being distracted or overpowered by outside influences and pressures.
* Find your inner guru that tells you your truth, identifies what you really want, and directs you to make wise choices.
* Listen to, trust, and follow your own heart-directed voice.
This is the second of four initial workshops taught by Guru Rattana on Awakening Womanhood - Diving into the Deep Feminine. We will continue to explore facets of our womanhood in the new year.
